Can postage stamps — which are used to transport paper and require the burning of petroleum fuels for delivery — be green? Beginning in April 19, 2011, the United States Postal Service created a new set of social awareness postage stamps. Each stamp has a picture of things one can do to help the environment.

Court Allows Hunting of Formerly Endangered Wolves

Today, Friday August 26, 2011, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals said that it won’t step in to prevent wolf hunting in Idaho and Montana this fall.
