Eating Local

If you live out in the country like I do, you’ve probably gone to a Farmers’ Market at least once or twice. There’s a lot of reasons to get your fruit, veggies and other assorted delicious goods at Farmers’ Markets: when you buy food “straight from the source,” not only do you reduce the amount of energy it takes to move the food from the field to your table, but you also support your local economy, which is super important these days! Some people also say the food tastes better when you buy locally, since it’s fresher, but I’ll let you decide for yourself!
